A : Yes, 21% VAT (IVA in Spanish) is included in the price.
Q : What else is included in the price?
A : The ticket price includes the following:
- VIP hospitality access
- Delivery to your hotel in Barcelona city centre (check if your hotel applies for free delivery)
- Booking fee
Please note: Depending on the payment method used, a transaction fee may apply (to cover the cost of processing your payment with the entity):
- Payment via PayPal: The fee is of 0,35EUR + 3;4% of the transaction.
- Payment by bank transfer: A fee of 5% applies to cover the charges. For example, if the total amount of your purchase is 100€ , we would ask you to transfer the sum of 105€ to our Spanish Bank account
Q : Is the payment secure?

Q : How do I know that the payment has been placed correctly?
A : Wheteher you pay with your bank card on the secured payment gateway provided by our bank, via PayPal with your bank card or with a PayPal account, or by International Bank transfer, you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation with all the details of your booking including the payment details. Once you have eceived this email (immediately after the payment), this means your payment has been successful and that your reservation is confirmed.
Q : Can I change my booking?
A : You can make any changes with regard to the delivery or collection of the ticket (date, time, address). If you wish to buy more tickets for the same match, please email us with the details of your request.
Q : Can I get a refund for my tickets?
A : Unfortunately, refunds and/or cancellations do not apply for VIP tickets purchased on vip.footballticketsbarcelona.com
Q : When are the day and time confirmed?
A : In accordance with the agreement between la Liga de Fútbol Profesional (LFP) and the Federación Española de Fútbol (RFEF), along with TV Broadcasting rights, the final date and time of football matches are only ocnfirmed 15 to 10 days before the match. Make sure to check the kick off time on the official Liga website
Q : How do I get my tickets?
IMPORTANT : We receive the tickets from the club only 3 to 4 days before the match. Thus, we don't want to take the risk to send the tickets to your home.
A : We give you the following options to get your tickets :
- FREE Delivery to your hotel in Barcelona city centre (no apartment or hostel).
We require your hotel's name and address in Barcelona city centre as well as the check-in date and the name used for the hotel reservation.

Q : When do I get my tickets?
A : You will be able to get your Football Tickets for the selected FC Barcelona match from 2 days before the match.
- Delivery to your hotel: The day before the match (unless requested otherwise by the customer)
Q : Is there a strict dress code in the VIP area?
A : VIP areas in the stadium are considered neutral zones for supporters of both sides. There is a strict dress code that you must follow, and management reserves the right to refuse admission if the rules are not adhered to.
- Our dress Code Recommendation: smart casual. Appropriate semi-formal shoes and clothing, gentleman are required to wear jackets or in the summer a shirt or polo shirt.
- Not permitted in the VIP lounges: Short trousers, sports shoes, sports clothing, flip-flops, team merchandise (Jersey, scarf, hat...)
Q : What should I bring to the stadium?
A : Cameras are allowed in the stadium. Bear in mind that you won't be able to bring capped plastic bottles with you. Also, alcohol is strictly prohibited inside the Camp Nou stadium. (only allowed in the VIP lounge areas)
Q : How do I go to the stadium? How do I get back?
A : The Camp Nou stadium's address is Avenida Arístides Maillol, 08028 Barcelona.
By metro:
- Line 3, stop at 'Les Corts', 'Maria Cristina' or 'Palau Reial'
- Line 5, stop at 'Badal' or 'Collblanc'
By bus: Lines 7, 15, 43, 67, 68, 74, 75, L12, L50, L60 and L62
We recommend you to arrive at least one hour before the kick off time. This will leave you plenty of time to find your seat. Once the game is over, we recommend you to wait for at least 30 minutes and maybe go and get some food and/or drinks in a nearby café : Metros, buses and taxis will be packed.

Q : How do I get to my seat?
A : Once you have your football ticket, pay close attention to the numbers written on it.
As a VIP guest, you can access the stadium premises from any of the 21 accesses all around the stadium. Once inside the stadium, you will have to direct yourself to the appropriate door. There, you will find the VIP desk you will be given a VIP bracelet which will grant access to the lounge area. You will also be given direction on how to get to your VIP seats...
Q : I am late for the match, can I still get into the stadium?
A : You can enter the stadium showing your valid ticket at any time of the match.
Q : When can I go on the stadium tour and Museum tour?
A : Please find below the opening times :
- Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18.30 (Camp Nou Tour until 17:30)
- Sundays and public holidays, from 10:00 to 14:30 (Camp Nou Tour until 13:30)
- On match days : from 10:00 to 15:00 - (Only museum, Camp Nou Tour not available)
